That's pretty much normal for cell phones. The data speeds very a lot depending on your location so streaming video rarely works perfectly if at all.

My name is Judy and I am customer service representative with Ntelos. I can give you a general trouble shooting tip. Turn on airplane mode in your phone and then pull out the battery. If you cannot remove your battery, then turn the phone off. Give it 30 seconds or so and reinsert your battery. Turn off airplane mode and then make an outgoing call. If this doesn't work, I advise you to call in and speak with our Tech Support team. Please call from a different phone for your convenience.
