I Have An Older Phone That Was Activated On Ntelos How Can I Switch Back To It
i have a phone that was activated on ntelos then i switch to an iphone 4s. now i want to switch back how can i do that without going to store or customer service

My name is Judy and I am customer service representative with Ntelos. You would either have to go to our store or call in to customer care to have the phone switched. We have to do an ESN change to activate the phone and there is a $15.00 fee. You will need to be calling from a neutral phone line. The ESN is the identification number of the phone and must be changed for the phone to work.
