Can I Activate Another Ntelos Phone After Hours?
I bough a new phone and would like to activate it but customer service is closed. Is there any online tech support or do I have to wait until customer service is open?

My name is Marta and I am a Customer Care Representative with nTelos. If you are activating a phone shipped to you directly from nTelos, you may activate it on your own by dialing *228. For all other phone purchases, you will need to contact nTelos during normal operating hours of 6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
