Can I Add An Hdmi Port To My Emachines T3104 Desktop Computer?

I bought a used emachines computer and would like to add an HDMI port so that I can use it to view TV programs from computer to my HD TV.  Are these seperate ports available for the T3104?  I have 3 slots available.

Hi, there are several different kinds of HDMI adapters you can purchase, and you typically don't need to take your PC apart to install them, since they are primarily external devices.
