Dosent Start Up Right

turn it on it kicks back off . after about 5 times it runs startup repair then it will stay on

Basically, your eMachines ET1831-01 computer does not turn on properly because the Windows System files may be corrupted. You can fix this issue by reinstalling the Windows 7 Operating System of this computer. Follow the video tutorials below for the instructions.
