Emachine Settlrmrnt I Am Trying To Redeem A Laptop But Each Time I Enter My Cer

I am trying to redeem a laptop I qualified for in the emachine settlement case, but my registered certificate and pin # keep getting kicked out. Help, Thenks, Dorothy Berton

CASH OPTION DEADLINE EXTENDED
Important note on the option to redeem your certificate for cash: Although the deadline for submitting a request for cash redemption is listed on your certificate as 45 days from receipt of the form, the deadline has now been extended and requests for cash redemption will be considered up to June 1, 2014. Please note, you may only request this option if you have not previously used your certificate for a product redemption.
