Emachine Et1161-05 Won't Boot

So last night i was playing on my emachine ET1161-05, 6GB Ram, Nvidia 280 1GB graphics card and i shut it down (for the first time in a week, normally just hibernate it) so this morning i go to turn it on, and both the monitors register no video input, so i turned it off, checked all the cables, made sure the graphics card was seated right, and i go to turn it back on, same problem, this time i watched the power light, it comes on for about 5 seconds, flashes then remains lit, CPU fan is spinning, HDD is working (took it out and tested it with another desktop i have), Gfx Card fan is spinning but still no video input, i tried on board display, with and without the Nvidia graphics card, still nothing... I've rebooted a few times, reseated the ram chips, reset the CMOS battery, to no avail, i even tried booting a ubuntu USB and Hiren's boot CD still nothing, any help? Btw the computer is atleast 2nd hand, maybe 3rd. I appreciate any input.

If you tried windows restore to an earlier configuration then I suggest you restore from backup or do a factory recovery process shown on page 102.

I hope this is helpful to you!
