Password
I´ve bought this laptop and I´ve losed my password.
The name is Carmen.
The starter password is perro.
Please, help me!

What password? The logon password? Try the administrator account instead. Assuming it's there and not the one you were using anyway. Try a blank password since I don't think there is a default.
If all else fails get a copy of this: http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
You will need to use someone else's computer. Download the CD image, burn it to a CD and boot your laptop from it. Follow the directions and it will allow you to reset any password on the laptop. Scary isn't it?
