How Can I Restore My E528 Model Emachine Laptop. I Can Not Get Past The F2 Scree

I have a Windows 7 operating system. I bought ad downloaded Noron 360 a couple of days ago after that my computer would not start up or even get to the start menu. It stops after the hit F2 for setup button comes up then just a grayish black screen. I do not have a recovery disk. Is there a way to recover or restore it without a disk. I called Norton first. The guy that was helping me hung up on me and when I kept calling back no one would answer. Thanks, for your help

Restart computer, During boot, keep pressing F11 key, This should take you to to the recovery part of windows 7.  Try some of the fixes there.  If not, you can download a recovery CD from Emachines website to restore your PC to original Windows 7.  Hope this helps
