E527 Frozen On Bootup

Hi my emachine e527 freezes on bootup screen and cannot access bios. tried removing battery, unplugged power, hold down power button for 30 seconds. plug power in again, turn on, same thing

Your computer system freezes because it cannot load the Windows files. Your Operating System might be corrupted which requires reinstallation. You can reinstall your Windows using its original installation CD/DVD. If you do not know how to install an Operating System, you can follow the tutorial videos from the links provided below.
