How Do You Connect This Laptop To Your T.v Without Using Hdmi?

I would like to watch movies on my T.V using this laptop, is there anyway i could connect it to a T.V?.... my T.V has no HDMI connector. I love my little laptop and I dont want to have to buy a different one. If there is anyway to do this please let me know a.s.a.p... Thank-you for your time.

It looks like your only option would be to use the VGA (monitor) output. Very few televisions acually have a VGA input though. Even if yours does, it will only output video (no sound). In order to get sound as well you will need a cable to go from the headphone jack on your laptop to the audio-in (most likely right next to the VGA input) on your TV. These are the two cables you would need:
