Removing Farmville From My 'likes' On My Home Page

I deleted the farmville app several years ago (although I did enjoy playing it for quite a while!)  and have just noticed that it shows up in my list of 'Likes' on my Homepage.  When I try to edit my 'Likes' to remove it, it doesn't appear anywhere, so I cannot remove it.  I don't get any other messages or posts from Farmville, but it buigs me that I can't remove it from my 'Likes'.
