Adventure World

everytime I have a quest and need ask for parts or items all I get is a blank parchment paper, no names come up, you will not allow me to ask anyone for anything, I have sent this complaint in before and have been asked to send in my request in, in French, I am not French, I want answers and would like to be able to play the game properly. I have lost out on 5 diffferent quests now and it is still going on. Loosing points and time. Now am at the point where I have to redoe all of the quests.  This has bee going on for 3 weeks now and you will not answer me. Help
