It Has Been For A Week So Far. I Cant Send Requests For The Object In The Quests

I'M STUCK WITH A QUEST BECAUSE I CANT SEND REQUEST TO MY FRIENDS. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SEME PROBLEM I HEARED. IT IS NOT BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY SENT TO MANY REQUESTS, AINT THE REQUEST LIMIT.   PLEASE FIX IT. THE GAME IS GREAT BUT NO QUEST NO FUN
