Saying Not Playing Farmvill

Once we got our Timeline, I acciidently Deleted my Farmville n I did get Support from Support and they added in back on my Timeline..but now its showing me in everyway that I'm NOT Playing Farmville..only because I can't send out any gifts to my neighbors because the box with you neighbors names and you click on the neighbors to send out those gifts it just blinks,also the old travel box is still on my farm and everyone else has the new box that takes you to your farms...I was wondering why everyone eles could work on all 4 of their farms everyday but I only get to work on just one of my farm at a time and this has been going on for about several months and I was wonder why I wasn't getting ahead like others any not getting gifts from neighbors plus not working on all of the farms everyday..Support has suggest that I delete my farms n reinstall them..I DONT know how to do this because I'm not that computer smart yet so I was hoping that Support could explain it to me or could Support delete the farms for me and don't loose any of my farms things and fix my box that sends out gifts to my good neighbors.Please Help me out!!!                                    Thank you     Peggy
