To reset your password, visit this Password Reset Link where you will be prompted to enter the email address you registered with when you first started playing Words With Friends. An email will be sent immediately to your registered email address and you can reenter the game immediately.
If the Forgot Password website reports that it cannot find your account, perhaps you signed up with another email address? In some cases, we have seen players mis-type their emails when registering. If you have access to your old device, check the Account Settings menu to see what email address you originally registered with.
