Can't Send Gifts On Safari Bubble Gets Blurry & Freezes Have To Refresh

please help game won'y let me send gifts or energy to friends when I click on send it gets blurry & freezes up have to refresh game this is a problem can't play game right or help out friends please help fix this getting tired of it freezing up
