Cannot Access My Farm In Farmville.

I cannot access my farms on farmville, and have tried to find a way to communicate with somebody at Zynga, but the "help" or "support" choices you offer online do not tell you how to get in touch with somebody. I have been playing farmville for a long time and for two days now, I cannot access my farm. Because of this I have lost my crops, and canoot continue playing my quests. I need help getting this problem fixed please. Thank you!
