Youtube Snake Game

what do you press to play the snake game on youtube when the loading sign comes on the screen? I've seen other people do it.

You press and hold the left arrow on your keyboard when you see the spinning circle of dots. It can be very hard to do if you have a fast internet connection as the circle won't stay up for long.
