How Do I Upload A Video That Is More Than Ten Minutes Long?

I noticed a few people are able to do this, but when I've tried to, it never allows me to upload more than a ten minute video. Is there something special I would need to do in order to upload a longer video?

The limit has been 15 min for quite a while now. Check the size of your video and make sure it's not too big or that you haven't exported it in the wrong format.

JUST CHECK THE FORMAT OF YOUR VIDEO AND IF ITS CORRECT THEN TRY UPLOADING THE VIDEO IN TWO PARTS
