My Rx V671 Won't Turn On.

I recently turned off the unit, unplugged it from a Monster surf suppressor and reinstalled it in a new location. I reconnected using the same surg suppressor. After all connected I turned the power on at the suppressor and then the receiver. The receiver never came on. :( Suggestions?
