Not Work With 9-12 Volt Power Suply.
Not work with 9-12 volt ,work on batery .

You have not stated the power supply you are trying to use.
It needs to be 12v 1Amp as here:

If that does not function then suspect an internal problem such as a broken power socket connection.
If possible test with batteries and that will give you an idea of where the problem is.
