Thinking About Buying This Model Used. Does It Have A Good Track Record?

The model number has a 2 at the end. Would be in a basement and have trouble with my 2 year old washer not draining correctly because it has to push the water up. We are within the manual requirements but still doesn't work. Should this one be capable of getting water out?
