Our Vent Stopped Working Totally.

Our vent stopped working entirely. The microwave only heats for 2 minutes, it will keep moving the turntable and the light is one, but the noise stops and there is no more heat. this microwave is only 2 years old! We changed the filters but the reset will not work. Please help.
