The Gas Broiler
No matter how high I raise the Broiler's temperature the broiler flame still stays the same in diameter. Shouldn't the flame of the broiler get bigger when I set the temperature at its highest? As it is now, I can only broil a piece of meat if I can position it directly under the flame's center, as the flame does not get broader in width to cook meat evenly on its right and left sides. It only cooks the middle part as the flames diameter is maybe only 2 inches wide. What do you think the problem is... Thanks for your help and advice
