What Temp Do 110v Clothes Dryers Get As Oppossed To 220v Clothes Dryers?

I am thinking of putting an electric clothes dryer in my garage to use to kill bed bugs. My garage is only wired for 110v and I am wanting to know if a 110v clothes dryer will get (dry) clothes to 115 degrees?
