Heard Pfff Than Electrical Box Breaker Stopped No More Heating In Electric Range

Put the breaker on, locator lights when put on are ok, oven light ok, clock appears, but elements don't heat on top of stove and in the oven. I pushed the Start button for 5 seconds and the repair code or troubleshooting code I see his Good????? Check inside the back panels, don't see knoting visually that had burned. There was no bad smell either. No fume. After checking one of the breaker circuit 15A was not working, changed the parts but still not working. Thank you for your help
