The Oven's Microwave Suddenly Heats Only Moderately. As If It Were At 50% Power.

The repair suggestions I have seen so far are based on the situation where the microwave does not heat at all. So I don't believe the solution of, for example, changing the fuse is relevant, since if the fuse were blown it would not heat at all. (Then again, I don't know much about ovens. I don't know what I don;t know.)What should I try?
