Older Ggw92250pw Dryer Has Continous High Pitched Squeel. Clothes Dry Normally.

The Squeel Appears To Be Coming From Drum As It Turns. When The Dryer Is Paused The Squeel Stops. Can I Open The Back And Oil Something Or Does A Part Need To Be Replaced?
