My name is Navin and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.
The WD Model: WDBACW0020HBK-NESN comes formatted with NTFS(file System) by default. Your will have to check the file system in windows to determine if it is NTFS or FAT 32. You can check this by navigating to control panel/Performance and Maintenance, click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management and then choose Disk Management. In your case you may have to reformat the hard disk drive to FAT 32 and then check. You can use the software that comes with the WD hard disk drive.
Click on the link below for more information on how to format the HDD to FAT32 using the software provided by Western Digital, you will have to choose windows as the Operating System,
