There might be a bad sector (unreadable part of the hard disk) where your videos/audios/any other files are stored. The best solution for this is to run the checkdisk utility of Windows Operating System. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click Start/Windows logo
2. Open Computer/My Computer
3. Right click the Drive C: or D:
4. Click Properties
5. Click the Tools tab
6. Click the Check Now button
7. Your computer will scan and attem to recover bad sectors on your hard disk. You may be required to restart your computer.
