This is an old IDE drive. There may be an interface from IDE to SATA available but if you have a desktop with a CD drive then you can connect the drive to that cable and access the data from there. I would not advise using it continuously as it will slow your system. An IDE to usb adapter is also an option which means you do not have to access the internals of your PC. Amazon do one.
