I Removed My Wd1200 Internal Hard Drive From My Dell..is It Compatible With Mac

Yes. All hard disk drives are made for use with either the IBM Personal Computer (also know as a PC Clone) or the Apple/Macintosh.

Detailed preparatory instructions can be found at the hyperlink below. If your target drive isn't already in the FAT format then your going to have to reformat it to the FAT system which means all the data on the disk will be erased. Obviously backup your data if this is your case.
