Reinstall Drivers For 2tb Western Digital Elements Portable Hard Drive.
Hi, I have a Western Digital Elements Portable Hard Drive (2TB), model number WDBU6Y0020BBK. I was transferring files and then hadn't realise my wife had unplugged the laptop so the laptop eventually died. Now when I try and get the portable hard drive, it shows as an unrecognised device. how do I reinstall the drivers for this model? When you first buy it they are already installed on there, now there is nothing, so I essentially I cannot use the hard drive? Hoping someone can help!!
