Been On Hold For Computer Support For 45 Minutes When Will They Pick Up?

Unfortunately, this is not a Walmart Website. Helpowl is a community website where users can ask questions (you) and others can answer (me).

However, it is possible that you may have called Walmart's Computer support during peak phone hours. Although, 45 minutes is extreme and, in my opinion, this is not proper Customer Service Etiquette.
