Why Was Mi Put On Hold For Over 30 Minutes Canceling An Order? No Resolution!

I was given a number by customer service representative and never got an answer or spoke to another live person. A wait time of over 30 minutes.  I saw a news clip on TV NBC indicating Walmart was a good company for customer service. How much did that cost you? Your service stinks! I'll stick with Costco.
