This Is The Second Offer I Have Received From Walmart And Haven't Gotten Either.

I have recieved offers, this last one being my $10 birthday giftcard and have not been able to get either one. I have called, gone to the store and tried numerous times myself. The store even tried and contacted the IT department who said that they could not get it to go through either. I would prefer that you not send these out if they are just a hoax.
