If your VTech phone is asking for a PIN to set up a cell phone connection, the default PIN is usually 0000 or 1234. You can try entering these default PINs to see if they work. If neither of these work, you may need to reset your phone to its factory settings, which will erase all data and settings on the device, including the PIN.

To reset your VTech phone, refer to the user manual or try the following steps:

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold the "Volume Up" and "Power" buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until the VTech logo appears on the screen.
3. Release the buttons and wait for the phone to enter recovery mode.
4. Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and select "Factory Reset" or "Wipe Data/Factory Reset."
5. Confirm the reset and wait for the phone to complete the process.
6. Once the phone has reset, set it up again and try connecting your cell phone, which should no longer ask for a PIN.
