Unfortunately, the only replacement part that VTech offers for this product is a replacement pedal set. (You can view the VTech replacement parts here.) Depending on how much you are willing to spend, eBay currently has a listing for a used Ride & Learn Giraffe Bike, and the bidding right now is at $18.50.
