The wheels on the Vtech Grow Along Bounce & Go Pony may be coming off due to a few different reasons. It could be that the wheels are not properly secured to the toy or that the toy has been damaged in some way. It is also possible that the wheels are not the correct size for the toy, which can cause them to fall off easily. It's best to check the manual or manufacturer's website for troubleshooting instructions and if the problem persists, you may need to contact Vtech customer service to get a replacement.

The usual cause of the problem is that the wheels were not snappped [clicked] into place. If this is not the issue, your sample may be defective. In that case your product should be returned--and replaced even if beyond the warranty. (For details, see https://www.checkbook.org/san-francisco-bay-area/defective-products/.) The prevous answer's suggestion to "check the manual or manufacturer's website for troubleshooting instructions" is not helpful, and I apologize for it.
