Vtech Phone Base.
I opened a breaker supplying AC power to the phone base. On resetting the breaker the Vtech phone base no longer works. tHE RESULT IS that none of the portable phones work and give message "out of range even when a few inches from the base"? My unit is aCS6729-4. The unit is less than 6 months old. Is there a solution to this problem.

The surge may have caused the phone to fail. Since your unit is under warranty I suggest you contact CS@ 1 (800) 297-1023 (Consumer) Uniden, Customer service
