Power
The adapter green light turns on but power button on the Bar does nothing, Yet I can hear a slight ticking when pressing power on the Bar, Also can't figure out how to access the battery on the remote to change it

ry this. Remove power from the sound bar and the subwoofer and leave them unplugged for 5 minutes.
Plug in the sound bar and then the subwoofer and try the setup again - by pressing the link button on the subwoofer and then pressing and holding the input button on the sound bar for 5 seconds.
Watch the sound bar display - it should say linking and then linked - if not, you might have a DOA unit. Did you purchase this locally?
