Trouble With Set-up Of Vizio P602ui-b3 60inch

Trying to set-up our SECOND Vizio P602ui-B3 60" 4K Smart TV. Set-up easy; says Complete -- and then I get a box saying "Software Update Available" -- Yes or No -- BUT, the screen freezes and we cannot get regular TV. We can get Netflicks, but nothing else. Second TV this week with this problem (exchanged the first one). Vizio Tech Support couldn't help.

This is the only information available concerning firmware upgrades. I suggest you return it for an exchange or refund, sorry.
