I Can't Access Menu With Remote
I have this vizio m420nv tv and my dad lost the original remote so I have a new one vizio remote However the remote will not open the menu to reset the the TV. I have cycled down the TV multiple times and still can't access the menu. Is there anything I can do? I hate this model!!!!!
