Activate

when i try to activate my virgin mobile lg i receive a error message 06-07-5920 ... now i can get the internet on it but i cant make any call...also i made a swape fro another phone to the lg...

If you've tried activating your phone through your phone and/or the site's instructions, I would try taking the battery out for a minute, then replacing and rebooting the phone first. If that doesn't help, then I might try activating it one more time. If that doesn't help, or if you don't want to try to activate it again, I would contact virgin mobile's customer service and they will defintely work with you to resolve this issue. They have a friendly staff. You can either email them about your problem using this form: https://www1.virginmobileusa.com/about/prepareEmailUs.do or call them at: 1-888-322-1122 and they should be able to help you fix this so you can make calls and use your phone fully.
