Not Receiving Text Messages

Just got new virgin mobile phone yesterday and now today cannot receive text messages. Can send them and call and receive calls. Just not incoming texts. Have Lg Flare phone. Called tech 3 times and have done everything they asked me too.

Your friend may not have text messaging enabled, or they have trouble with their text messaging.
