can you help with my wifes problem with her wi fi access on her phone as she cannot get access to your wi fi is there a password that is needed to access it

depends on where your at some wi fi needs passwords to connect, some are free wi fi, to test your phone, see if you can connect to your home wi fi, if it connects then your phone does work.if your outside your own wi fi network, you have to have access to other wi fi spots unless its a free spot
