Virgin Has Sent Me Three Empty Boxes.. Instead Of My Replacement Mobile Phone..

I cant take it, any more. I just CANT. VirginMObile has ALWAYS been the WORST. .but I cant believe HOW BAD their sub-par, under-trained, non English-Speaking so-called, Customer Service Dept is. They were supposed to send me a replacement phone. I have taken time off work, to be home when FedEx arrives. i have received three empty boxes, instead of the replacement phone. I have had 13 Investigation Tickets opened. i have had six incident reports generated. i have logged in no less than 12 hours, and counting..on the phone with their "Live Advisors"..who place me ON-HOLD for 43 minutes, 56 minutes, only to be disconnected. I cant take it. How can ANY COMPANY justify this horrid treatment of their Customers..? How can ANY company employ SO MANY uneducated, under-trained, inept, inefficient, and disrespectful people..? HELP ME. WHO GOVERNS MOBILE PHONE COMPANIES..? Is it the FCC..?? Someone HAS TO. Please tell me where to go.I want to lodge an OFFICIAL complaint AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
