Given A Virgin Mobile Phone And Want To Activaite

I was given a virgin mobile phone. Bought a phone card, but 888-322-1122 for customer service keeps telling me to call customer service. I have the old phone number, but my ex-wife dose'nt remember the pin number. I need an active phone and if I ca'nt get this resolved today then I will be forced to buy a different phone, from a different company, that will have good customer service numbers to support it's customers.
