What Are The Regulations For Harassing Phone Calls? Who Do I Report Them To?

I have been keeping a log since the begining of April. To this date this phone # I have been getting calls from has called me 93 times. I don't answer the call and they NEVER leave a message on my voicemail. I would think if they are calling so many times, it is not important enough to leave a message, they are HARRASSING me! Who do I report them to?

The only suggestion I can make is to put your number on the do not call list or Filing a complaint with the FCC. You can file your complaint using an FCC online complaint form. You can also file your complaint with the FCC’s Consumer Center utilizing the information below. For More Information

Unfortunately Virgin Mobile doesn't offer a call blocking service but if you have a smartphone you can use an app like Mr. Number. If you don't have a smartphone, your only option would be to change your number. You can do that by calling Virgin Mobile customer service.
